STEP-1 Define your project scope and requirements

• Define your project's purpose and goals. What are you trying to accomplish?
• Define your project's target audience. Who will you be developing this project for?

• Define your project's timeline. When do you need to have this project completed by?

STEP-2 Research and identify potential development partners

• Define the research goals and objectives.
• Identify potential research partners.
• Develop a research plan and timeline.
• Conduct the research and document the findings.
• Present the findings and recommendations to the CosmosSDK development team.

STEP-3 Send out requests for proposal (RFPs) to selected development partners

• Define the project scope and objectives clearly in the RFP.
• Outline the technical requirements and expectations in the RFP.
• Indicate the timeline for the project in the RFP.
• Include a detailed budget in the RFP.
• Select a few CosmosSDK development partners to send the RFP to.

STEP-4 Review proposals and select a development partner

• Define the scope of the project and the goals you hope to achieve.
• Research different development partners and their experience in CosmosSDK development.
• Select a few proposals and request additional information or clarification as needed.
• Compare the proposals and select the development partner that you feel is the best fit for your project.
• Stay in communication with your development partner throughout the project to ensure that everything is going according to plan.

STEP-5 Negotiate and sign a contract with the development partner

• Make sure that both parties understand the terms of the contract and agree to them.
• Negotiate who will own the intellectual property rights for the software developed during the project.
• Discuss and agree on the payment terms for the project.
• Decide on a timeline for the project and what milestones need to be met.
• Put everything in writing and sign the contract.

STEP-6 Manage and monitor the project during development

• Keep track of project deadlines and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with the development team to ensure progress is on track.
• Monitor code quality and identify potential issues early on.
• Perform regular testing to ensure the software is stable.
• Plan for and manage changes to the project during development.
