Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Storygame Tech Ltd ("Storygame," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE.

By accessing our website at storygame.io or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Storygame Tech Ltd provides business-to-business (B2B) technology services, including but not limited to:

• AI agent development and multi-agent orchestration
• Blockchain and Web3 development
• Enterprise web and mobile application development
• UI/UX design and product design
• Technology consulting and AI strategy
• Managed AI services and deployment

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement between Storygame and the client.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or database
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without permission
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure

All content on the Storygame website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Storygame Tech Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise specified in a written project agreement, all intellectual property created during a client engagement, including source code, designs, and documentation, shall be transferred to the client upon full payment of all applicable fees.

Storygame retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, experience, and non-confidential techniques developed during the course of any engagement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of a business relationship. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business plans, technical data, product ideas, and client data.

This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any engagement for a period of two (2) years, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Storygame Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content on our website
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on or through our services

In no event shall Storygame's total aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Specific warranties related to project deliverables will be defined in the applicable Statement of Work or project agreement.

Payment terms for project engagements will be defined in the applicable Statement of Work or project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month
• Storygame reserves the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding payments

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Storygame shall deliver all completed work product to the client upon receipt of final payment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storygame Tech Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai, UAE. Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
